Must have experience with case management, discovery, legal research, and brief writing. Qualified candidates must have a high level of motivation and initiative, as well as strong academic credentials, and big law firm experience. Experience in the areas of class action defense, public company v. public company disputes, technology litigation, or privacy litigation preferred but not required.
