The Compensation and Benefits practice group is seeking an Associate to join the team in our Reston, Virginia or Washington, DC office.
Our ideal candidate will have experience with the following aspects of compensation and benefits: equity and executive compensation, proxy disclosures, employment and severance agreements, IRC Sections 280G and 409A, mergers & acquisitions, and IPOs. Traditional employee benefits experience is a plus but not a substitute for the requested experience. Qualified candidates will have excellent academic credentials and superior writing, oral communication and analytical skills.
