Growing insurance defense and coverage firm with an expanding client base seeks highly motivated attorneys with 3+ years of coverage and/or litigation experience. Prefer attorneys with experience in insurance defense, including substantive law and motion practice, conducting and defending depositions (parties, witnesses, experts), discovery and related motions, and court appearances. Trial experience not required, but preferred.
Requirements:
1. 3+ years experience and admission in good standing with the California State Bar;
2. Familiarity with insurance policies (GL, D&O, E&O, etc.) and insurer requirements;
3. Excellent oral advocacy and written communication skills;
4. Strong research, writing and analytical skills;
5. Excellent academic credentials;
6. Experience with insurance coverage and related correspondence.
