Executive Assistant District Attorney, Investigations Division Job Description: The Executive for the Investigations Division manages and supervises the bureaus within the division, including Organized Crime and Rackets Bureau, Narcotics Investigations, Economic Crimes, Worker Protection, Human Trafficking and Public Integrity :· Supervise investigations and litigation of the attorneys within the Investigations Division· Assist ADAs and Chiefs in developing their strategies· Review the work of Investigations ADAs Qualifications:Interested applicants must possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the New York State bar in good standing and have at least 15 years post-J.D. experience. Applicants must also have:· Significant experience supervising and litigating long-term investigations, as well as extensive knowledge and experience with New York State wiretapping laws, New York State search and seizure law, New York State Enterprise Corruption, Conspiracy and Money Laundering statutes.· Experience investigating complex financial crimes and schemes, including credit card fraud and identity theft.· Experience in investigating white collar crime, along with traditional organized crime.· Experience prosecuting narcotics and firearms trafficking cases.· Proven experience forming and maintaining partnerships with various City, State and Federal law enforcement agencies.
