Superior Court of California, County of San Joaquin is recruiting for
Court Commissioner - $87.39 per hour / $181,750.40 Annually
Qualifications:

United States citizenship is required for appointment in accordance with the California State Constitution and Government Code.
Residency of the State of California.
Hold office at the pleasure of the Court appointing him or her.

Licenses and Certifications:

An active member of the State Bar of California for a minimum period of five (5)years immediately before his or her appointment.
Possession of, or ability to obtain, a valid California Driver's License by time of appointment.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENT

While serving the court, a commissioner is prohibited from the private practice of law.
