New York Eastern Probation is seeking individuals who can compile, carefully analyze and clearly report information gathered about defendants, and supervise offenders.
Applicants should possess strong written and verbal communication skills; strong analytical and logical reasoning skills; excellent interpersonal skills and a broad knowledge of the criminal justice system.
Minimum requirements:
BA or BS Degree (in criminology, criminal justice or social behavioral sciences preferred), with 2 years relevant experience or a Master's Degree.
Selected candidates must not have reached their 37th Birthday at the time of appointment and must satisfactorily complete an FBI investigation, a drug screening test, and be medically cleared.
Salary range: $59,171.00 to $87,911.00 with full range benefits and paid federal holidays.
