Admitted in New York State and Federal Courts with at least 15 years insurance defense experience in premises liability, products liability and Labor Law.
Experience in subrogation/property damage a plus.
Must be able to handle all aspects of litigation from initial discovery phase up to and including Trial, Mediation and Arbitration. Must be able to work independently, as well as with a team on various matters.
