Our New York Downtown office seeks a senior trial attorney with at least 7 years of law firm litigation experience to join the firm’s Global Insurance Department. The ideal candidate will have significant defense litigation experience in the areas of premises liability, construction, mass torts, products liability and general negligence. Portable business encouraged but not required. Candidates must have a proven record of trying cases through verdict, be capable of working independently and collaboratively, have excellent academic credentials, and demonstrate strong writing and analytical skills.
