JUNIOR ASSOCIATE: HEALTH CARE & LIFE SCIENCES PRACTICE
 
The law firm office of Epstein Becker & Green, P.C. (“EBG”) is seeking an attorney to work at the level of a junior associate in its Health Care & Life Sciences practice.  This position will be assigned full-time to support a nationally recognized health care client located in Northern New Jersey.  The attorney would be an EBG employee and eligible for benefits offered by EBG.  Although being located at the client site is preferable, this position does not require it, so someone can chose to work in any of the following EBG offices:  Baltimore, MD; Houston, TX; Newark, NJ; Princeton, NJ; Nashville, TN; or St. Petersburg, FL.
 
Qualifications:

Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school and an active license to practice law;
Minimum of two years of relevant legal experience in a law firm, health care organization, or government agency;
Corporate contracting experience required;
Managed care contracting experience and experience with vendor agreements a plus;
Strong legal research and analysis skills required;
Strong critical thinking skills – identifying issues and developing innovative solutions;
Excellent communication and writing skills;
Ability to work collaboratively and productively with management and staff to support client’s legal needs and achieve business objectives; and
Ability to manage and work effectively with off-site support.
