Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is staffing a substantive long-term contract attorney position for an attorney with a background in Public Finance.  The firm is a very collegial and prestigious firm located in Midtown.  We are looking for a candidate with 3 plus years of experience to work with their Public Finance team on a part-time basis.  They would like to hire someone to help draft various documents including closing documents and also help manage closings.  They estimate they would have 15 to 20 hours of work a week to start.  This position may blossom into a full-time position and possibly even a staff attorney position for the right candidate.
