The Walnut Creek Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated attorney with 2-5 years of experience in Medical Malpractice/Elder Abuse Litigation who meet the following criteria:

Experience with the defense of numerous depositions of parties and experts and drafting/arguing dispositive motions
Experience with law and motion, discovery, and familiarity with medical causations and standard of care issues
Excellent writing, research and communication skills
Self-motivated personality and the desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment
