The Walnut Creek Office of Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith LLP is actively seeking a talented and highly motivated litigation associate with 2-5 years of Environmental/Toxic Tort experience who meet the following criteria:

Excellent writing, research and communication skills
Ability to handle all aspects of case handling/management, including law and motion work, taking and defending depositions and court appearances.
Self-motivated personality and the desire to work in a friendly, fast-paced environment
