Our client is an AMLAW 100 firm. The firm is seeking a Fund Formation associate with three to eight years of fund formation experience. You must have attended a well-regarded law school and finished in the top half of your class. You must have significant private equity fund formation experience.
The firm is willing to relocate candidates. If you don't have significant private equity fund formation experience this position will not be a good fit for you. The firm compensation is on par with top New York firms
