Winston & Strawn LLP's New York office is looking to add two associates with three to four years of experience to the corporate department. We're looking for associates with M&A, private equity, and/or finance experience.

In addition to excellent academic credentials and large law firm experience, all candidates should possess strong analytical, writing, and verbal skills. All candidates must be admitted to the New York Bar.
