The Downtown Los Angeles office seeks an associate attorney with 4+ years of intensive corporate transactional Mergers and Acquisitions experience. The successful candidate will have been focusing his/her practice exclusively on M&A transactions; experience with other types of transactions is not desirable. Preferred candidates will have significant, hands-on experience managing deals in this area at a law firm with a national reputation. The associate must be comfortable with drafting and negotiating complex documents, and running deals from start to finish, interacting with other practice groups within his or her firm and outside advisors and managing client expectations. Top academics and outstanding writing skills are required. M&A associates already admitted to practice in California are preferred.
