This Firm’s litigation practice is unique in that it provides associates to a wide range of litigation areas as well as white-collar investigations.  You will not be limited to a particular area of litigation.  To the contrary, being a good “all around” litigator (which will include white-collar) is valued.
Additionally, the nature of the group is such that cases are staffed 1:1, meaning you will work directly with partners. In this group, it is not uncommon for junior/mid-level associates to argue motions, pitch for client work, and truly work alongside partners in crafting case strategies, etc.  Further, this group provides a more direct path to partnership, while also paying on par with large firms.
