Description

Represent and advise private equity firms and portfolio companies on complex secured and unsecured financings (including revolving credit and term credit facilities, senior, subordinate, second lien, mezzanine, and other work capital facilities.
Represent and advise client in existing and future secured financing transactions involving marine vessels and commercial fishing licenses.
Represent and advise professional sports teams, sports leagues, and related entities in financing, corporate, and sponsorship transactions.
Represent and advise Chinese clients in existing and future international financing transactions utilizing Chinese language documents.
Represent and advise client in cross-border financing transactions involving Canadian entities and Canadian collateral.

Requirements

Must have JD degree and be admitted to the State Bar of California
Must have experience with: representing private equity firms and portfolio companies as Borrowers in secured and unsecured financing transactions; working with Maritime liens, Vessel Mortgages, Coast Guard Title Abstracts, Commercial Fishing Licenses and other related marine documentation; and representing professional sports teams in financing transactions, in particular NBA franchises
Must have 3 years of experience in the job offered or 3 years of experience in a position with similar duties
