Real Estate Attorney
Submitted by EsqSocial Corpo... on
We are seeking to fill a real estate attorney position in our 10 attorney commercial real estate firm at our office in Hartford. We have also just opened an office in Raleigh, NC. This is a great firm, a great place to work and for the right person, a tremendous opportunity to have a big career and potentially share in the inheritance of some substantial practices. Our deal flow is primarily east coast and ranges from the smallest of deals to $100,000,000 and more. Ideally, the candidate will have experience in commercial real estate transactional work with all of its various components. We are, however, willing to train a candidate that seems to be a good fit for the firm and who has transactional experience but not necessarily a strong real estate background. A book of business is not necessary, although a book would be attractive. Corporate, environmental or land use experience would be a plus. Candidates should be very detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, personable, a team player, willing and interested in constantly learning, and enjoy working and negotiating deals along with all that comes with putting together and closing deals. Although this Lawjobs.com post states 3-5 years of experience because of its formatting choices, we are prepared to look at any level from fresh out of school to 10+ years out if you would be a good fit for our group. Please respond in confidence to dglissman@mrglaw.com.
