Job Description Summary:
We are seeking a mid-level technology transactions associate with four to six years of direct experience.  While resident in our growing New York office, this associate will help support our world-class technology transactions practice, which includes offices in Silicon Valley, San Francisco, Santa Monica, and Seattle. The technology transaction practice handles complex, innovative technology transactions for some of the most prominent and startup technology, digital media, consumer technology, and life sciences companies in the United States and internationally. Our technology transactions practice works closely with our Corporate Group, which is consistently ranked as one of the top startup, IPO and M&A practices for technology and life sciences in the United States and internationally.  In addition, the technology transaction practice works closely with other practices in our Intellectual Property Group and with our Litigation Group, both of which are also are nationally and internationally recognized.
 
Job Description:
Candidates should have experience in commercial, technology, IP licensing and digital media/consumer technology transactions, privacy matters, and content licensing and distribution. NY bar membership will be required. In-house candidates are welcome to apply provided they have prior law firm experience. Superior academic credentials and excellent oral, written, and interpersonal skills required.
