The ideal candidate will have at least 2-4 years of experience in corporate and insurance regulatory law, including M&A, company formation and licensing, administrative law, compliance and enforcement, and state agency matters. A strong academic background is required as well as meaningful law firm or state agency experience on sophisticated transactional and regulatory matters, entrepreneurial drive and initiative.
