TEMPORARY/PART-TIME:   Wonderful opportunity to assist a company on a long term, part-time basis!    A company in the Washington D.C./Baltimore area is seeking an attorney who has experience drafting and negotiating contracts with pharmaceutical companies.    The contracts are unique to the pharmaceutical industry and involve the negotiation of ingredients used in  pharmaceutical products.   The company prefers an attorney who has worked on behalf of a seller of the ingredients but will consider someone who has experience with a buyer. 
This is a position for someone who has strong purchasing/supplying contracting experience.
This position is ideal for someone who wants part-time work but who also wants to be a part of in-house legal team.    The company anticipates needing the assistance for about six months to a year and for about 20 hours per week.   The attorney needs  to work on-site but some of the work can be done remotely.
