Overview: As this high functioning, fast-paced organization’s technology privacy expert, this position reports directly to the General Counsel and is a member of the Legal Management Team. This person is responsible for the organization's privacy program, which includes, but is not limited to, program development and implementation, maintenance of policies and procedures, monitoring program compliance, litigation, and adherence to global privacy requirements and standards. 
 
Experience: Candidates with a minimum of 10 years of legal experience, with at least 5 years in global privacy and regulatory matters, and prior in-house or government privacy experience with technology companies will be given first consideration for this role.  
 
Attributes: The right candidate for this position will possess strong business acumen, exceptional analytical skills, a high level of integrity and maturity, and team leadership and management experience. A demonstrated ability to communicate effectively with a wide variety of audiences, including executive management and the Board of Directors, and the capacity to think strategically to identify issues and to develop long-term solutions is also necessary. A proven track record of collaborative problem-solving with senior management and business leaders to achieve compliance and business goals will be key in being the right fit for this role.  
 
Location: This position will be based in Pittsburgh, PA.
