The ideal candidate should possess 3 to 6 years of experience inclusive of mergers and acquisitions, business, finance, and healthcare transactions; excellent interpersonal and client servicing skills; legal drafting skills; and strong communication skills, both written and verbal. New Jersey Bar membership is required and other jurisdictions would be a plus.
