Marietta law firm Carvalho & Associates, P.C. seeks Associate Attorney to handle environmental and construction litigation cases for the firm’s clients. Candidates must have 3 to 5 years of plaintiff’s litigation and/or defense work, including 1st or 2nd chair jury trial experience. Associate Attorney will handle every phase of litigation: pre-suit investigation, drafting complaints, discovery, depositions, negotiation, mediation, arbitration, hearings, second chair at jury and bench trials and post-trial motions.
