Our client, a highly regarded AmLaw 50 firm in Houston, is seeking to hire an associate with 2-4 years of litigation experience to join the Energy and Infrastructure practice team. The candidate must have a strong interest in energy litigation, including traditional oil and gas litigation (upstream, midstream, and oil field services). The ideal candidate should have experience in matters involving oil and gas royalties, surface use, lease interpretation disputes, and/or contract and commercial disputes. Must have strong research, analysis, and writing skills. Relocation candidates considered, but must be able to waive into or sit for the Texas Bar as soon as possible.
