Our close client, a Florida based healthcare network, is seeking to hire a corporate counsel for their growing organization.  The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience of corporate experience (preference for those who also have expertise within healthcare).  The hired attorney will be responsible for handling all corporate governance matters for the company, including drafting bylaws, minutes and attending quarterly board meetings.  The attorney will also be responsible for drafting and negotiating a diverse array of contracts, along with performing legal research, managing outside counsel, handling compliance matters, and providing overall legal guidance to the organization.   A strong business acumen, superb organization skills, and ability to interface with board members and other C-level executives is required.  Relocation candidates will be considered.   For consideration, please submit your resume to jobs@partners-group.com  (for a full listing of our open positions, please visit http://www.partners-group.com/current-opportunities).
