Our client, an Am Law 200 law firm, has exclusively engaged us to identify a mid-level corporate associate for its Pittsburgh office.  Our client’s preference is for an associate with around 3-6 years of general corporate experience that includes substantive M&A experience and/or experience drafting/reviewing/negotiating commercial agreements.  Candidates must have strong interpersonal skills and be assertive, business-minded and proactive attorneys who are eager to assume a significant amount of responsibility.
This position offers the chance to perform a variety of corporate work for collegial and energetic partners in Pittsburgh as well as other offices throughout this firm’s national platform.  This is also a great growth opportunity due to the firm’s practice of giving associates key roles on leanly staffed deal teams as well as the firm’s emphasis on mentoring and teaching.  This is an attractive position for someone who is eager to learn and who is comfortable having substantive client contact.
