G&S has been engaged to assist a unique client, a nationally ranked securities enforcement boutique, in recruiting 1-2 mid-level associates to their growing practice.  The firm (founded by 2 former BigLaw Partners) handles a wide spectrum of matters including public company reporting, corporate governance, trading and market abuse, accounting & legal misconduct and FCPA.  The bulk of the practice involves investigations, but there are some opportunities for securities litigation as well.
Selling Points:

Extensive responsibility: Unlike many large firm practices, matters are not staffed in tiers. You will work directly with partners and immediately receive client contact.
Breadth of Clients: While the firm does represent major corporations, a large part of its practice is representing individuals in major SEC, DOJ and FINRA investigations.

Qualifications:  2- 4 years of securities enforcement experience acquired at a large law firm or prestigious boutique.  This firm is looking for friendly, outgoing personalities who come across as modest as they do intelligent.
