Kucker Marino Winiarsky & Bittens, LLP seeks an Associate within their Real Estate Administrative Law practice group with 0 - 1 year of experience.  The ideal candidate will have a significant interest in participating in all phases of proceedings before the New York State Office of Rent Administration, the New York City Environmental Control Board, and the Summons and Appearance Part of the NYC Criminal Court (defending enforcement of NOVs issued by NYC DOB and the FDNY) .  Clinical work performed during law school involving landlord/tenant issues is a plus, but candidates with other comparable experience will be considered.  Irrespective of experience, our firm will train the accepted candidate in this unique and rewarding practice area.
