Our client, a global company with their North American headquarters located in Atlanta, has engaged The Partners Group to find a Corporate Counsel for their expanding legal team.  The ideal candidate will have 4+ years of broad transactional experience, including expertise in contract review and negotiation and general corporate matters (including M&A or commercial business transactions).  The hired attorney will have the opportunity to act as lead counsel for two of the organization’s principal business units, and will support business efforts in all of North America (including Mexico and Canada).  Additionally, the attorney will manage the organization’s legal work in Mexico.  Excellent communication skills (written and verbal), along with an exceptional business acumen is required.  Candidates must be graduates of competitive law schools and have prior in-house or large law firm training.  Strong preference for local candidates.  Spanish fluency is a plus.  For consideration, please submit your resume confidentially to jobs@partners-group.com  (For a full listing of our job posts, please visit us at http://www.partners-group.com/current-opportunities).
