Grossman Roth Yaffa Cohen has an immediate opening in our Boca Raton office for a full-time and permanent Personal Injury Legal Assistant to become part of our team! You will provide critical support to our legal and medical malpractice investigative teams who are friendly and excited to mentor a new team member. Duties will include E-filing, scheduling, organizing files, reception, and requesting records.  You will have the opportunity to interact directly with our clients and medical experts and to work with the lawyers overseeing these cases. The ideal applicant will have no less than 3 years of experience working as a Legal Assistant and must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat. Bilingual is preferred but not required. We offer a complete benefits package including health/dental insurance, 401(k) plan, paid vacation and sick leave. Salary is commensurate with experience.
