Circuit Mediator, U.S. Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Judicial
Circuit. Position located in Miami, Fla. Incumbent will preside
at mediations in civil appeals. Primary purpose is to settle
appeals and related cases. Will lead discussions of procedural
and substantive legal issues, conduct analyses of settlement
value, and probe for each party’s interest. Applicant must have
exceptional legal skills, experience and significant training in
mediation. Starting salary is $129K to $142K, depending upon
experience. Applications accepted until 03/06/2020 or until
