The Deputy General Counsel is responsible for supervising assigned staff in the documenting and closing of: multifamily loans made pursuant to Chapter 134 of the Connecticut General Statutes and under other programs in which CHFA participates, including, but not limited to: single family loans closed in-house; Group Home and supportive housing loan closings; state and federal emergency mortgage assistance loans and Real Estate Owned sale transactions; drafting resolutions for the Board of Directors and supervising assigned staff in preparing materials for the Board meetings.For a more detailed description of the duties, requirements and qualifications for this position please refer to https://www.chfa.org/careers/
