Legalpeople (formerly known as The Partners Group) is currently staffing a 2 to 3 month temporary in-house Corporate Counsel attorney position for a large company headquartered in Buckhead.  The ideal candidate for this position will have four plus years of experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements.   Transactional experience is required including experience negotiating and drafting service agreements and amendments, vendor agreements, non-disclosure agreements, sales agreements and letters of intent.
The successful candidate will sit in the legal department of this corporation on a contract basis. The position will involve a significant amount of client contact, including direct communication with upper management and teamwork with other lawyers as well.
