Traub Lieberman is seeking an Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its Red Bank, New Jersey office. We are expanding and are in need of an attorney admitted in New Jersey with prior coverage experience in First-party property, Third-party liability and/or professional liability.
Responsibilities will include preparing coverage opinions, preparing and handling litigated coverage matters and declaratory judgment actions, all related discovery, and dispositive motions. Candidates are expected to have exceptional research and writing skills. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with similar experience who is interested in being part of a dynamic and collegial team in a national law firm.
Qualifications:
4-8 years Coverage and Coverage Litigation Experience
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients
Exceptional research, writing and verbal communication skills
