CREDITORS’ RIGHTS, BANKRUPTCY, REAL ESTATE AND LITIGATION FIRM located in downtown Atlanta seeks candidates for Associate Attorney positions.
 
Candidates should have 3-5 years of experience, however, other exceptional candidates may be considered as well. Attorneys will build their litigation experience and gain exposure to a variety of types of cases and areas of law from collection matters to complex real estate, business and bankruptcy disputes.  Position involves directly handling litigation matters from start to finish including first chair experience at trials and court hearings. The firm has an extensive training program and mentoring by Senior Partner. Excellent academic credentials, writing and communications skills required.
