Must have strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills, and have experience with title abstract review, purchase, sale, lease and financing documentation. Professional but collegial atmosphere.  Salary commensurate with experience.

·        Member, Connecticut Bar
·        No record of grievance or discipline
·        4 years’ experience in residential real estate transactions
