THE POSITION: LITIGATION ASSOCIATE ATTORNEY
Traub Lieberman is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney to join its Red Bank, New Jersey office. We specialize in handling catastrophic tort claims, professional liability matters, coverage disputes, premises liability claims, trucking related lawsuits, and construction litigation.
We are expanding and are in need of an attorney admitted in New Jersey with prior litigation experience, though entry-level candidates will be considered.
Responsibilities will include preparing and drafting pleadings, preparing discovery and dispositive motions, conducting depositions, communicating with expert witnesses, attending motion hearings and court conferences. Candidates are expected to have excellent writing skills.
This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney with litigation experience who is interested in being part of a dynamic and collegial team in a national law firm.
Qualifications:

3-8 years Civil Litigation
Strong analytical and problem solving skills
Ability to build rapport with clients 
Excellent research, written and verbal communication skills
