The Court of Appeal, First Appellate District in San Francisco is accepting applications for a full-time regular Judicial Secretary I, Judicial Secretary II, or Judicial Assistant position.
Responsibilities: Provide a variety of administrative, paralegal, and legal secretarial support services to justices and staff. Minimum qualifications: Equivalent to graduation from high school and two years of secretarial experience or legal processing experience. Directly related college-level course work may be substituted for the required experience on a year-for-year basis. Candidates should possess superior knowledge of proper English grammar and spelling. Knowledge of court procedures and legal cite checking are desirable.
