Federal Habeas/Social Security Appeals Clerkship AvailableThe U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of NY is hiring a court law clerk to handle state habeas cases and/or social security appeals, and other matters from March 2020 through September 30, 2021.
Seeking law school graduate with at least two years of post-graduate legal work experience and bar membership.
Experience with habeas petitions and/or social security appeals is preferred.Applicants should forward the following by email to:
