PROFESSIONAL LIABILITY AND COMPLEX COMMERCIAL
Schenck, Price, Smith & King, LLP is seeking an associate for our Litigation Department with three (3) to six (6) years’ experience in professional liability or complex commercial cases. The ideal candidate will have excellent skills in writing and oral communications and have significant experience in all aspects of trial advocacy (depositions, motions, and orders to show cause). The candidate must possess bona fide professional liability or complex commercial litigation experience. The candidate must be a member in good standing of the New Jersey Bar.
