Ideally 3 years is the minimum and successful candidates will have a strong background in COMMERCIAL RE.  This includes development, leasing, lending, financing and capital markets.  Those interested should possess a very strong academic record along with excellent oral and written communication skills.  In addition to local candidates, these firms are very open to qualified out of state candidates.
