Corporate is Booming in ATL and Associates at junior, mid-level and senior levels are needed.  The needs are at a variety of large ATL firms and the ATL offices of AMLAW 100-200 firms.  Types of work will include mergers and acquisitions, general commercial, finance, capital markets and SEC matters.  MUST possess a very strong academic record along with excellent oral and written communication skills.  All very busy practices.  Firms are very open to qualified out of state candidates.  Must either waive in or become a Member of the GA Bar.
