Job Description:

Reed Smith LLP, a top global law firm of over 1800 lawyers, is seeking a junior to mid-level associate for its premier Life Sciences and Health Industry practice group to focus on health care regulatory and transactional matters, and payor/provider disputes in its Philadelphia office.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years of health care regulatory and compliance experience. The position focuses upon various Medicare and Medicaid reimbursement and public policy issues, and a wide array of regulatory areas including compliance, licensing, the Stark Law, the Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA and various other fraud & abuse laws. Candidates must possess excellent academic credentials and superior research and writing skills.
