Job Description:
The Corporate & Securities Group of Reed Smith LLP is currently seeking a junior to mid-level associate to join the firm's New York office. Successful candidates will have 2-4 years of capital markets experience in representing underwriters, issuers and placement agents in IPOs, follow-on public offerings, private placements and other securities offerings. Experience representing public companies in '34 Act work a plus.
