MID- TO SENIOR-LEVEL LITIGATION / INVESTIGATIONS ASSOCIATE: Health Care & Life Sciences Practice

The Washington, DC office of Epstein Becker & Green is seeking a highly qualified attorney to work at the level of a mid-to senior-level associate in its Health Care and Life Sciences Practice.
Candidates should have a minimum of four years of relevant experience.  This position requires knowledge of the health care fraud and abuse laws and regulations and the ideal candidate should have solid litigation experience, including conducting witness interviews, performing legal research, writing briefs, drafting pleadings, and preparing and arguing motions.
Candidates must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent communication and writing skills.  Admission to practice law in Washington, DC, or eligibility for admission, is mandatory.
