A semiconductor company needs an attorney for periodic projects involving reviewing and negotiating R&D agreements, including R&D-related grant funding technology agreements for universities. Work is expected to involve approximately two agreements/quarter. Project requirements range from 5-40 hours. Work can be performed remotely.
