ATTORNEY/TEMPORARY: Employment litigator with FEDERAL GOVERNMENT experience needed! A federal government agency in Washington DC is seeking an attorney to assist its agency counsel in ongoing employment litigation before tribunals such as the MSPB, the FLRA, the EEOC, and federal courts. The attorney must have experience in all phases of employment litigation including answering complaints, conducting discovery, preparing motions, and preparing for trial. This temporary position may last up to one year and is about 40 hours per week.. Work must be performed on site in Washington, DC.
Please note: This position requires specific experience with federal government employee employment law. The agency is requiring someone who has represented the federal government in its employee matters.
