Our client, a national law firm known for their high-profile clients and cutting-edge work, is seeking a 3rd-4th year bankruptcy associate to join their busy practice group. The ideal candidate will have general bankruptcy litigation experience related to restructuring, reorganizing, creditors’ rights, and insolvency, however the firm will also consider commercial litigation candidates with an interest in bankruptcy. Strong academic credentials and interpersonal skills required. Must have solid research, legal writing, and oral presentation skills, and be a team player. Relocation candidates considered.
