The global law firm of Faegre Baker Daniels LLP is seeking an entry-level associate for the Finance Transactions practice in Minneapolis. Faegre Baker Daniels is an AmLaw 100 firm with offices located throughout the U.S., Asia and the UK. The Finance Transactions team provides a full range of services with respect to private debt financing, loan workouts and other financial matters and is a subset of the Firm's Finance & Restructuring practice group. Experience is a not a requirement, but successful candidates will have a strong desire to pursue a legal practice in the area of finance. Excellent writing skills, attention to detail, and strong academic credentials are required.
